Diego Moñux

Diego Moñux, a Master's degree in Science, Technology and Society from the University of Salamanca and a Master's degree in Economics, Innovation Management and Technological Policy from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He has studied design, prospecting and evaluation of R&D policies at Harvard University. Between 2006 and 2008 he worked as adviser to the Secretary of State for Universities and Research, and between 2008 and 2011 as deputy director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Science and Innovation. He is Executive Partner and cofounder of SILO Company, and pays special attention to the operations of the firm in Latin America. He also directs projects in support of open innovation, development of territorial strategies for innovation, design and operation of innovative public procurement, design of research centres and technology transfer offices, and processes for attracting public funding.
