At IFAE, the Institute for High Energy Physics at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), we conduct experimental and theoretical research at the frontiers of fundamental physics, namely in Particle Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology. We also work at the cutting edge of detector technology, putting our know-how to the service of nuclear medicine and food inspection among other applications.
